As a contractor: You provide and maintain your own equipment You choose which customer programs to work on You're paid 100% commission for results, not hourly, and you're responsible for your own taxes You don't receive employee benefits such as health insurance or paid time off The only things we require: pass screening and the equipment check, complete certification, and meet our quality standards on every call, including sticking to each customer's approved script.
