The possibility for our employees to achieve their full potential, for our communities to be stronger and for everyone to have a healthier, happier place to live.Our portfolio of brands — Andersen Windows & Doors, Renewal by Andersen and Fenetres MQ — is crafted to serve customers across the new residential, home improvement and light commercial building sector.Join our more than 13,000 employees who are inspired every day to deliver exceptional experiences that turn possibility into reality.JOB DESCRIPTION:We are excited to provide you with opportunities to grow.JOB DESCRIPTION:Everything we do is centered on providing a world class homeowner experience through the process of installing RbA’s windows and doors.Primary Responsibilities:Effectively prepares the jobsite for set up and tear down to assure work can be performed in an efficient and safe manner and the worksite is left clean· Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work and address hazards, as needed · Consistently maintain productivity expectationsCollaborate with other installers on the project throughout the installation project to maximize efficienciesAssist in delivering homeowner delightAssures jobsite safety practices and procedures are followed at the jobsite, including but not limited to, PPE, fall protection, power tool use, and proper lifting requirements· Ability to pull tools, inspect, and stage of all product types on the job, as needed · Complete a daily tool auditSet up and tear down tarps, runners, plastic, etc. (i.e., floor and furniture protections)· Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality · Other duties as assignedGeneral warehouse supportProvide support for minor service calls as neededQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent experienceValid Driver’s License with ability to pass a fleet checkBasic construction techniquesBasic understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practicesSafety knowledge of all equipmentProper usage and understanding of PPESkills and Competencies:Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctualityPositive attitudeClear communicator .Organizational skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levelsBasic math skillsAbility to read a tape measureInitiative; ability to work independentlyFlexibility; willingness to work variable work schedulesAbility to lift up to 83 poundsConsistently provides flawless first-time window and door installationRoutine Training Expectations:CORO Safety & Compliance training requiredFirst Aid/CPR – Every 2 yearsAd hoc trainings as assignedPAY RANGE:$18.48 - $27.72CULTURE AND BENEFITS:At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
