Architecte / Expert SharePoint Online & Microsoft 365

Dans le cadre d’un programme stratégique autour de l’environnement Microsoft 365, nous recherchons un profil senior capable d’intervenir sur la conception, l’architecture et l’évolution de solutions collaboratives basées principalement sur SharePoint Online.
Le poste combine une forte dimension technique autour de l’écosystème M365 avec une approche conseil et accompagnement des métiers dans le choix des usages collaboratifs les plus adaptés.
Votre mission :
- Concevoir et faire évoluer des architectures SharePoint Online dans un environnement M365 complexe
- Participer à la création et à l’évolution de sites collaboratifs orientés métiers
- Accompagner les utilisateurs dans leurs choix entre SharePoint, Teams et OneDrive selon les usages
- Réaliser le paramétrage avancé de SharePoint Online en privilégiant une approche standardisée
- Développer et configurer des composants avancés autour de PnP Search et des webparts standards
- Réaliser des mises en forme avancées via JSON (colonnes, listes, bibliothèques)
- Participer ponctuellement à des sujets de migration vers SharePoint Online
- Développer et maintenir des workflows complexes via Power Automate
- Assurer le support de niveau 3 sur les solutions collaboratives
- Participer aux échanges avec les équipes techniques et les utilisateurs finaux afin de comprendre les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées
Profil recherché :
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience sur des environnements SharePoint / Microsoft 365
- Très bonne maîtrise de SharePoint Online et de son architecture globale
- Expertise sur l’écosystème Microsoft 365 : SharePoint, Teams et OneDrive
- Très bonne maîtrise de PnP / PnP Search
- Expérience confirmée sur le formatage SharePoint via JSON
- Bonne maîtrise du scripting PowerShell
- Connaissances de Power Platform et Power Automate
- Expérience sur des projets de migration SharePoint 2016 vers SharePoint Online
- Capacité à intervenir aussi bien sur des sujets techniques que fonctionnels
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à accompagner les métiers
- Expérience du support N3 et des environnements structurés
- Français courant requis

- Expérience sur Fly ou ShareGate
- Connaissance de ServiceNow
- Sensibilité architecture / gouvernance M365
- Capacité à challenger les usages et conseiller les utilisateurs sur les meilleures solutions collaboratives
- Expérience dans des environnements exigeants et fortement structurés
