Onsite Operations ManagerSunbelt's Onsite Operations Manager is empowered to execute projects so we can make it happen for our customers. The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.Position Responsibilities:Manager the operation of the project with a focus on customer service, employee development and project completion.Work with the Regional Manager or District Manager as well as the Project Team to develop revenue growth through on-site projectsEnsure customer service levels are held above standardsTrain and develop team members at onsite locations on process flow and equipment testing for future projectsDirect all project phasesProvide primary line of communication with customerManage the execution of the project with a focus on maintaining or improving profit level of the projectPartner with customer by acting as liaison between them and SunbeltParticipate in the Project Proposal to ensure a clear understanding of the Project ScopeTrack project against its schedule, reporting status to management, expenses and customer on a regular basisRecommend new processes where needed to improve quality and costAssist in preparation of and review of customer invoicesNegotiate differences with client and internal team members to meet project goalsMaintain awareness of safety and environmental requirementsRequirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industriesExcellent communication skillsExcellent management and leadership skillsExceptional organizational skillsExceptional problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and implement corrective actionsMaintain a strong set of core values utilized in daily decision-makingAbility to travel as required to perform dutiesStrong mechanical aptitudeUnderstands basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne systemGood project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesPhysical Demands:Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
