Responsibilities: Self-study support for the State Exam (Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance) Make cold calls daily to connect with potential clients and begin the sales journey Identify customer needs and recommend the right marketing/insurance options Handle objections confidently and use rebuttals to guide clients to the best solutions Manage your own prospect pipeline and stay organized Provide excellent, professional customer service that reflects our company’s standards Assist clients over the phone and in person in choosing auto, home, or life insurance product Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
