Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead and guide our engineering teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive technical excellence across projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, architects, and QA engineers.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
Define technical standards, best practices, and ensure adherence.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Review code, architecture, and provide guidance on scalability and performance.
Manage resource allocation and resolve technical challenges.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of [insert relevant tech stack: Java, Spring, Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure), etc.].
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in architecture design and system integration.
Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud-native applications, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
