We are growing and seeking 1–2 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical integrity, professional growth, and meaningful relationships with families and staff. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making Collaborate with families, schools, and related professionals Ensure services meet BACB ethical and professional standards Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration Contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture What We’re Looking For Required: Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with autism or related developmental needs Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Preferred (but not required): Experience supervising RBTs or trainees Interest in leadership, mentorship, or program development Experience in clinic-based or educational ABA settings Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive and flexible compensation package, which may include: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Performance Bonus Relocation assistance available CEU reimbursement and professional development support Paid time off and paid holidays Flex-Time Supportive onboarding and training Opportunities for advancement and leadership roles Why Rapid City?
