Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Moline IL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location where you will conduct routine patrols support access activities and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas warehouses parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points verify entry credentials where required and assist with visitor processing vehicle checks and/or delivery coordination in accordance with location procedures.
• Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns policy violations and/or potential hazards observed during patrols and while interacting with personnel on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
