Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. You will leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients over the phone and via video conferencing, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. This is an opportunity to own the customer relationship and drive significant revenue growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and video calls.

• Build strong relationships and establish trust with prospects by actively listening and demonstrating empathy.

• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our insurance products and services.

• Effectively manage and nurture a sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

• Handle objections and negotiate terms to secure new business.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $60,000 and $250,000 annually , with unlimited opportunities for growth based on your sales performance.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively across phone, video, and written mediums.

• Strong rapport-building abilities: Skill in establishing trust and connection with individuals you haven't met in person.

• Pipeline management expertise: Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline from end-to-end, ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks.

• Resilience and adaptability: Capacity to navigate challenging conversations and maintain a positive outlook.

• Self-direction and motivation: Ability to work independently and consistently drive towards sales targets.

• Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain Life and Health Insurance licenses.
