Relate Search has partnered with a global manufacturing organization in its search for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support a flagship manufacturing operation undergoing significant organizational change. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, this role will serve as the primary strategic HR partner for plant leadership, helping shape workforce strategy, strengthen employee engagement, and navigate organizational transformation. Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leadership to align people strategies with operational priorities, providing coaching and guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.
• Lead complex employee relations initiatives, supporting investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.
• Drive talent strategies that improve recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development across a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• Champion organizational change, partnering with leaders through workforce transitions, communication planning, and continuous improvement initiatives that support long-term business objectives.
• Leverage workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and influence decisions that improve operational performance and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Progressive Human Resources experience supporting manufacturing operations, including experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist.
• Demonstrated success coaching leaders through employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and talent development.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices with the ability to balance business objectives and employee needs.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
