WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

The duties of the Student Recruitment Coordinator are multi-faceted with responsibilities in the execution, coordination, and monitoring of VCP’s enrollment and public relations efforts. All actions in this job support the ongoing goal of increased enrollment. Applicants should be energetic and outgoing with excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or journalism preferred. Strong public relations or community outreach experience with the ability to engage a wide range of shareholders and cultures. Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on time with strong attention to detail. Self-starter who is motivated, energetic, and passionate about being out in the community. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of current community challenges and opportunities relating to the mission of the organization.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL ACCOMPLISH

Act as an extension of the school by leading recruitment campaigns and ensuring student enrollment at VCP is consistently elevated for local clientele. Distribute marketing collateral for student recruitment that aligns with VCP’s brand Promote student enrollment at local events, fairs, and high-traffic destinations. Assist in enrollment efforts in Enroll Indy. Track and report enrollment efforts and analytics. Build strategic partnerships with press outlets, influencers, and community partners to grow brand notoriety. Assist in the enrollment process by fielding K-12 enrollment and program inquiries. Coordinate student transportation assignments with the school’s transportation management company, school staff, and families. Assist with entering enrollment information into the school’s student information system Collaborate with the Family Coordinator on enrollment and retention strategies.
