On-Site Recruitment, Development & Retention Lead

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations. This on-site role partners with General Managers to recruit hourly and site-leadership roles, build a local sourcing pipeline, and coach leaders on interviews and onboarding. Success depends on being present with the teams, measuring turnover and retention, and driving engagement.
