At Wenger Manufacturing, LLC, a JBT Marel company, we manufacture industry-leading equipment that helps customers around the world produce food more efficiently and sustainably. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Fab Operator to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality products in a safe and collaborative environment.

As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in our manufacturing operations by operating equipment, monitoring production processes, and helping ensure products meet our quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes and make routine adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and resolve routine problems independently.
• Perform machine setups and changeovers as required.
• Handle materials and support production flow throughout the work area.
• Complete basic equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow established safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with training and mentoring new operators.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support process enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
