Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook nutritious and delicious meals for residents, adhering to dietary guidelines and preferences. Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure food quality, presentation, and service meet our high standards of excellence. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and resident feedback. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation protocols. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
