The Fountain Group is hiring a Payroll Administrator I for a prominent client in the Medical Diagnostics & Life Sciences industry.

Location: Hebron, KY 41048 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $24.98/hour
Contract Duration: 4 months (starting assignment)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator I to join a dynamic Pay & Benefits team supporting a global leader in the medical diagnostics, biotechnology, and life sciences industry. This entry-level payroll position is ideal for candidates with strong data entry skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to support accurate payroll operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing a limited scope of payroll-related tasks, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing administrative support to the broader Pay & Benefits delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely payroll-related data entry.
• Support daily payroll processing activities within a designated work area.
• Assist the Pay & Benefits delivery team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Review employee information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling payroll and employee information.
• Follow established payroll procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure payroll data is processed efficiently and accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll, administrative support, or data entry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
