Pay: $2,599.20 weekly

Shifts: M-F 8-5, one weekend required 8-5

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for well, chronic, or acutely ill individuals.
Work closely with other health professionals/providers to address health needs.
Coordinate communications and actions of various disciplines related to health and safety.
Manage medications as prescribed by the physician and ensure related policies are in place and up to date.
Report progress to the physician when the client's condition changes.
Complete routine documentation and ensure the maintenance of health status records.
Direct and supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses and provide staff training.
Maintain communication with inpatient nursing and discharge coordinators.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

RN License
Oasis and HCHB experience required
Experience in home care
