Join Automattic as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in building our Revenue Operations function from the ground up. In this remote position, you will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to design systems, processes, and data foundations that enhance decision-making and drive predictable growth. You will be responsible for creating dashboards, optimizing processes, and establishing key metrics that support our mission to democratize commerce globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Build core dashboards and identify process/data gaps in the first 90 days.
• Create capacity models and define the attribution model within 180 days.
• Achieve predictable forecasting and establish a scalable enablement foundation in the first year.
• Own vendor relationships and establish data quality standards.
• Analyze performance trends and create strategic revenue support models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, with a focus on building from scratch.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, or Python.
• Ability to communicate data-backed insights effectively to executive stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tools and understanding of the RevOps tooling landscape.
• Pragmatic mindset balancing short-term fixes with long-term system design.
