Job Description

Within this position, you will build relationships with candidates and clients across the recruitment, search and investment industries, adding value at every stage of the hiring process. You'll research your market, learn how to sell into senior decision-makers, and develop into an expert in your space. xhyhwjd No prior recruitment experience is required: you'll receive hands-on coaching from leaders who have built seven-figure desks and scaled teams from scratch, with live sales practice and deal walkthroughs so you learn by doing from day one. This is a pathway to senior consulting and leadership roles within a growing organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential
• Experience in sales, client relations or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Natural competitive spirit and strong ambition
• Resilience and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
