Customer Service & Sales Representative | Full-Time | Entry Level
Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers and creating great experiences?
GrooGlobal is hiring Customer Service & Sales Representatives to work directly with customers in a retail environment. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, or sales who wants to develop new skills and grow professionally.
What you'll do:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Learn about customer needs and provide solutions
- Answer questions and explain products and services
- Create a positive customer experience
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Participate in training and professional development
You may be a great fit if you have experience as a:

- Front Desk or Guest Services Associate
- Sales Associate
- Hospitality Team Member
