Every day, our team works to design, engineer, manufacture, and deliver industry-leading body armor and tactical equipment to Law Enforcement agencies, First Responders, Military professionals, and responsible citizens across the country.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help expand our impact.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking ambitious individuals who are hungry to learn, eager to grow, and excited by the opportunity to build a career in sales.

This role is ideal for:

• Individuals with Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience.
• Current or former Law Enforcement, Military, or First Responder personnel looking to transition into a professional sales career.
• Tactical enthusiasts or individuals passionate about serving the Law Enforcement and First Responder community.
• Customer service professionals who have demonstrated strong communication skills and a desire to grow into sales.

Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required.

What matters most is work ethic, coachability, communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn.

This is an entry-level sales role with significant opportunity for growth and professional development.

What You'll Do

• Qualify inbound leads from Law Enforcement agencies, First Responders, and consumers.
• Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
• Build relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist consumers with product questions, abandoned carts, inbound inquiries, and smaller direct-purchase opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support larger Law Enforcement opportunities and agency outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and follow-up within the company CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to ensure exceptional service and communication.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Represent RTS Tactical with professionalism, integrity, and a service-first mindset.
• Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous SDR, BDR, B2B customer service, or B2B inside sales experience.
• Military, Law Enforcement, First Responder, or tactical industry experience is highly valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Coachable mindset and willingness to accept feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• You are unwilling to accept coaching, feedback, and continuous training.
