Backed by Khosla Ventures (early investors in OpenAI), we're building what we believe will become the operating system for AI-powered marketing.

We’re looking for a Senior SDR who is hungry to sell, moves fast, and wants to be measured by results.

You might be the top SDR or BDR on your team - consistently beating your targets, creating pipeline, and wondering when you’ll finally get the chance to own the deal from start to finish.

About the Role

This is a full-cycle, results-driven sales role . You’ll own opportunities from outbound prospecting and the first conversation all the way through discovery, proposal, follow-up, negotiation, and close.

We’re looking for someone who loves the chase: creating opportunities from scratch, picking up the phone, following up relentlessly, overcoming objections, and finding a way to get deals across the finish line.

You’ll be given real ownership and clear targets. Your success won’t be measured by how busy you look - it will be measured by the pipeline you create, the deals you close, and the revenue you generate .

This role includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission , directly tied to your sales performance.

The more revenue you generate, the more you earn. We want top performers to be rewarded for the results they deliver.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle , from prospecting to closing.
• Build your own pipeline through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative prospecting.
• Respond quickly to inbound opportunities and turn interest into revenue.
• Run discovery calls to uncover customer needs, pain points, urgency, and buying motivations.
• Deliver compelling pitches and demos that connect our product directly to customer problems.
• Manage proposals, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Follow up relentlessly and creatively - you don’t let good opportunities quietly disappear.
• Identify stalled or at-risk deals and find ways to bring them back to life.
• Maintain a high level of sales activity while staying focused on conversion and revenue.
• Keep your pipeline accurate and know your numbers at all times.
• Work closely with the broader team to share customer insights and continuously improve our sales motion.
• Consistently hit or exceed your revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

We care less about how many years you’ve worked in sales and much more about what you’ve actually achieved.

You may be a top-performing SDR/BDR with 1–3 years of experience who has mastered prospecting and is hungry to become a closer. Or you may already be an early-career AE looking for more ownership and a faster environment.

Experience selling SaaS, technology, or AI solutions to SMB or mid-market customers is a strong advantage, particularly in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.

Most importantly, you can show us your numbers.

You should be able to confidently talk about:

• Your quota and historical quota attainment.
• Where you ranked compared with your peers.
• How much pipeline and how many meetings you generate through outbound.
• Your typical outbound activity and number of touches.
• Your conversion and win rates.
• Examples of opportunities you personally pushed forward, rescued, or closed.
• What you do when prospects stop responding.
• Why you’re ready to move from creating opportunities to owning revenue.
