We are partnering with a premier US-based financial advisory and corporate services firm that specializes in guiding international entrepreneurs through US company formation, banking, credit building, and high-touch concierge services.

We are seeking a proactive, commercially sharp Sales Development Representative (German Speaker) to join as the first dedicated sales hire. In this high-impact role, you will reactivate a warm pipeline of over 1,500 leads, qualify inbound/outbound prospects, book strategic analysis calls, and quickly transition into closing high-ticket deals ($5k–$15k+).

Position Details

• Work Model: 100% Remote (Independent Contractor / 1099 agreement).
• Schedule: 20–35 hours per week initially, with daily overlap during US Eastern Time (EST) .
• Target Locations: Remote (Preference for Native German speakers residing in the USA, particularly Miami/Florida).
• Travel: Optional team/client events in Miami (1–2 times per year).

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Reactivation: Nurture and reactivate a database of 1,500+ warm leads via email, WhatsApp, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Qualification & Booking: Qualify inbound/outbound prospects against our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and book 8–12 qualified strategy calls weekly into the founder's calendar.
• Deal Closing (Setter Closer): Conduct value-based selling and handle five-figure objections to progress into closing your own high-ticket deals ($5k–$15k).
• CRM & Process Discipline: Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in the CRM (Close.io), executing structured follow-up sequences on open proposals to prevent deal decay.
• Client Handover: Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure a seamless post-sale onboarding experience for new clients.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Native-level German combined with professional written and spoken English .
• Sales Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on high-ticket B2B sales, SDR, or Closer experience (consulting, finance, coaching, or SaaS) with proven five-figure deal wins ($5k+).
• Time Zone Alignment: Ability to maintain daily operational overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) .
• Value Selling: Strong objection-handling skills and comfort operating in high-ticket, consultative sales environments.
• Self-Management: Exceptional CRM discipline and remote productivity.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience with tools like Close.io CRM, Zapier, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn outreach.
• General knowledge of US banking, corporate credit, or US company formation topics.
• Based in Florida or the US; prior experience engaging international founder/entrepreneur clientele.
