Hunting Role at Paul Davis of Miami Beach

This is a hunting role. You will spend your day on the phone and in the field talking to people who did not ask to hear from you. If you have never carried a number and hit it, this is not your job. If cold outreach drains you, this is not your job. If you walk into a room of strangers and leave with three business cards -- and you can show us the revenue you have personally generated -- keep reading.

Paul Davis is one of North America's most respected property damage restoration brands. Our Miami franchise serves homeowners, multi-family, hospitality, commercial and municipal clients across Miami Beach, Miami, North Miami, Doral, Hialeah and surrounding areas. When a pipe bursts at 2am or a fire takes out a floor, we are who gets called. We are a new franchise in an active, competitive market. That means real territory to take and no legacy account list to coast on. Your relationship-building and your activity discipline are the difference.

What You Will Actually Do

• Cold call, cold visit, and cold email property decision-makers -- property managers, HOA boards, facilities directors, insurance agents and adjusters, real estate brokers, and trade partners
• Set qualified appointments for our estimating and production team
• Work every inbound lead and marketing campaign within 15 minutes of receipt
• Own a monthly sourced-revenue number and report against it weekly
• Live in the CRM -- every call, every note, every next step logged same-day
• Show up at industry events, association meetings, and networking groups and work the room
• Re-engage dormant accounts and past clients

Targets You Will Be Measured On

• 250+ outbound touches per week (calls, visits, emails)
• 8-10 qualified appointments set per week
• 15+ in-person prospect visits per week
• Monthly sourced revenue target, set with your manager at 90 days

Required -- You Need All Four of These

1. 2+ years in a sales role where you personally generated revenue. Not customer service. Not inbound support. Not account maintenance. You sold something to someone who was not already buying.
2. Numbers you can show us. Quota and attainment, revenue closed, accounts opened, appointments set. Be ready to walk us through them in the first interview.
3. Proven cold outreach experience -- phone, door-to-door, or events. If every lead you ever worked was handed to you, you will not enjoy this.
4. Outgoing, high-energy, and comfortable being told no. You initiate conversations with strangers by default. This is not something we can train.

Plus: valid Florida driver's license with a clean record, and reliable transportation.

Helpful, But NOT Required

• Experience in restoration, construction, roofing, or insurance
• Experience selling to property managers, HOAs, or facilities teams
• Bilingual English/Spanish -- a real advantage in this market
• CRM experience (we use GoHighLevel -- we will train you)

Not Required At All

• A college degree. We care what you have sold, not where you studied.
• Restoration industry experience. We will teach you the trade. We cannot teach you to sell.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000 - $75,000, set by your experience and demonstrated track record
• Commission on revenue you source
• Realistic on-target earnings: $85,000 - $150,000
• Uncapped commission -- your ceiling is your activity
• Paid training and Paul Davis University certification
• Paid time off
• Advancement path to Business Development Manager
