About the Role

As an Outside Sales Executive, you will report directly to the General Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining a defined set of our current corporate accounts while aggressively pursuing new business across South Florida. This role requires a consultative approach; you will visit client sites to understand their operational challenges and propose solutions from our extensive in-stock inventory.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Business Development:  Proactively search, identify, and visit new potential customers in the South Florida area to build a robust sales pipeline.

·         Account Management:  Drive deeper penetration and increased sales volume within our established corporate customer base.

·         Consultative Selling:  Visit client sites to understand their specific operational needs and environments to recommend the right technical solutions.

·         Proposal Management:  Prepare and present professional quotes and proposals; manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing.

·         Customer Onboarding:  Ensure all necessary customer documentation is collected and processed for a seamless account setup.

·         Execution & Follow-up:  Maintain meticulous follow-up with leads and manage customer expectations regarding lead times and deliveries.

·         Sales Targets:  Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.

 

Requirements & Experience

·         Experience : Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Material Handling industry (casters, wheels, or related industrial equipment).

·         Local Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the South Florida industrial and commercial landscape.

·         Sales DNA: You must be a "Hunter" (finding new business) and a "Closer" (finalizing the deal).

·         Language: Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred to effectively serve our diverse local market.

·         Mobility: Must have a reliable vehicle for daily customer visits throughout the territory.
