VN Operations Services LLC is seeking motivated and professional Independent B2B Sales Representatives to introduce VoIPNETICS communication, connectivity, and business technology solutions to companies throughout Miami-Dade County.

This opportunity is designed for self-motivated sales professionals who enjoy building business relationships, generating new opportunities, and helping organizations improve how they communicate, collaborate, and stay connected.

As an Independent Sales Representative contracted by VN Operations Services LLC, you will represent solutions offered under the VoIPNETICS brand and independently manage your business-development and sales activities.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
  
• Connect with business owners, office managers, IT managers, property managers, and other decision-makers.
  
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify communication, connectivity, bandwidth, redundancy, remote-work, and business-continuity needs.
  
• Present appropriate VoIPNETICS solutions based on each customer’s identified needs.
  
• Coordinate solution demonstrations, serviceability checks, quotes, proposals, and follow-up activities.
  
• Develop relationships with local businesses, professional organizations, referral partners, and community contacts.
  
• Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in the company CRM.
  
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through contract execution while coordinating customer activation with the appropriate internal teams.
  
• Represent VN Operations Services LLC and the VoIPNETICS brand professionally and ethically.

Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, telecommunications, broadband, or technology is preferred but not required.

Candidates with strong prospecting skills, professional communication, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

Independent Contractor Opportunity

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation and monthly performance bonus opportunities. It does not include a base salary, hourly pay, employee benefits, guaranteed income, or guaranteed company-provided leads.

Independent representatives are responsible for developing their own prospects, organizing their own sales activities, and building their own pipeline while complying with applicable pricing, privacy, compliance, customer-communication, and authorized-brand requirements.

Compensation

Compensation is commission-only, with uncapped earning potential.

Representatives may earn recurring commissions on qualifying VoIP, Unified Communications, broadband, and connectivity services, along with performance-based bonuses.

Earnings are based entirely on individual sales production and are not guaranteed. Actual compensation may vary depending on prospecting activity, closed sales, customer activation, account retention, and overall performance.

Detailed commission terms will be reviewed during the interview process and provided in writing before acceptance of the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Pay: $2,550.00 - $10,000.00 per month
