Naranja Piña Gelato | South Florida

Naranja Piña is growing, and we're looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to help us expand our presence throughout South Florida.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on new business development . You'll be responsible for finding, approaching, and closing new accounts including restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies, country clubs, hospitality groups, and other foodservice partners.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and open new B2B accounts
• Build relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, F&B managers, purchasing teams, and hospitality groups
• Conduct product presentations and tastings
• Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Grow sales within your assigned territory
• Maintain strong relationships with new accounts
• Consistently meet monthly sales and new-account targets

What We're Looking For

• Strong sales mentality and comfortable prospecting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Comfortable visiting businesses throughout South Florida
• B2B, foodservice, hospitality, beverage, or distribution sales experience is preferred
• Existing relationships within South Florida's restaurant and hospitality industry are a major plus

Compensation

• Base salary: $42,000–$55,000/year , depending on experience
• Uncapped sales commission
• Target total compensation: $70,000–$90,000+
• Additional performance incentives based on new-account growth
