Re-Bath Mobile Showroom Event Marketing Representative Join Michigan's #1 Bathroom Remodeling Team Re-Bath Michigan is growing and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as a Mobile Showroom Event Marketing Representative . In this role, you'll represent the Re-Bath brand at retail locations, home shows, community events, and other high-traffic venues. Your primary responsibility is generating qualified leads, building customer relationships, and scheduling in-home bathroom remodeling consultations. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in event marketing, retail sales, field marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, canvassing, appointment setting, customer acquisition, or direct sales. What You'll Do Represent the Re-Bath brand professionally at retail locations, events, trade shows, and home improvement expos. Approach and engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations. Build relationships with customers and identify remodeling opportunities. Educate customers about Re-Bath products and services. Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations. Follow company sales scripts and lead-generation processes. Enter lead information accurately into CRM systems. Track activity and performance metrics (KPIs). Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business growth. Meet or exceed goals for customer engagement, qualified leads, and appointments generated. What We're Looking For Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, event marketing, canvassing, retail sales, direct sales, customer acquisition, or field marketing preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills. Comfortable approaching new people and starting conversations. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently while contributing to team success. Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and basic computer applications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Availability for weekends, evenings, and special events. Home Depot, Lowe's, home improvement, retail marketing, or promotional marketing experience is a plus.
