Registered Nurse - Endoscopy/GI

$1640.16/week –

Job Summary:
A highly skilled Endoscopy RN is needed for a travel assignment at a medical facility. The role involves performing a variety of endoscopic procedures in a fast-paced environment, supporting patient care before, during, and after procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor patient sedation during endoscopic procedures.

• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy.

• Assist physicians during procedures, ensuring safety and accuracy.

• Document patient care activities and procedural details meticulously.

• Monitor patient recovery and provide post-procedure care instructions.

• Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid State RN license.

• Possess 1+ year of recent GI lab, OR, hospital, or surgery center experience.

• Have prior experience with endoscopic procedures such as EGD, colon, ERCP, and bronch.

• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
