Pediatric Occupational Therapist *Sign-On Bonus*

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Scottsdale, AZ Employment Type: Full‑Time Compensation Range: $82,222.22 to $102,777.78 annually Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for a candidate who can start before 6/29/2026. Responsibilities Develop occupational therapy treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessments. Provide play‑based, goal‑driven interventions to promote sensory processing, regulation, and skill development in daily occupations. Deliver individual therapy, group sessions, and co‑treatments with other disciplines as clinically appropriate. Facilitate functional, engaging experiences to support individualized goals. Devise strategies and supports to enhance participation in activities of daily living. Collaborate with children and families to align care with their values, interests, and goals. Work closely with a multi‑disciplinary team to create integrative, collaborative treatment plans. Implement programming that considers the whole child, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social domains. Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives. Educate families, caregivers, and team members on home programs that support progress outside of sessions. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and company policies. Engage in cross‑discipline consultations with physicians, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, physical therapists, music therapists, and ABA professionals. Contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program, positioning yourself for leadership and professional growth. Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Active OT licensure in the state(s) where you practice. Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations. Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.
