The Member Experience Associate will ensure that members receive the highest quality of service and facilities, as well as deliver an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Job Responsibilities: Greet and check in members as they come in. Resolve customer issues in an effective manner. Sell memberships, retail, and merchandise. Follow up with prospects promptly.
