Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our growing practice at MountainView in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative, physician-led team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care.

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated provider who is passionate about neonatal medicine and committed to making a meaningful impact during the most critical stages of life.

This position is based in a Level III NICU with a 15-bed unit supporting approximately 90–110 deliveries per month. Providers work within a two-physician care model with in-house NNP coverage, creating a collaborative environment focused on high-quality neonatal care while maintaining strong provider support.

The Neonatologist will provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in the Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants. Responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries and performing neonatal resuscitation as indicated, diagnosing and managing a broad range of neonatal conditions, and performing neonatal procedures within scope of practice. The provider will collaborate closely with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members, communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, and participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and demonstrate strong clinical expertise in NICU care. Candidates should thrive in a collaborative, team-based practice, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based medicine.
