Neonatology Opening in Las Cruces, New Mexico Start date: ASAP - once licensed and credentialed Salary $325,000.00 to $375,000.00 / Year About the Opening:

- 16-bed Level III NICU \n
- Collaborative 2-Neonatologist model \n
- 24/7 in-house coverage with NNP support \n
- Strong interdisciplinary support and resources \n
- Flexible scheduling - including 24-hour shift bundles \n
- Supportive, collaborative work environment \n
- Ongoing professional development & CME opportunities \n
- Attend deliveries & manage day-to-day NICU and newborn nursery patients \n
- Collaborate during multi-disciplinary rounds \n
- Perform ventilator management, lab review, family consults, and more \n
