Shifts/Schedule: Days | Full-Time | No Weekends

Unit Details:

• 32-36 Bed Unit

What You'll Do:

Coordinates nursing services and accepts organizational accountability for services provided 24/7. The CNM provides leadership and supervision of personnel including fostering a climate conducive to learning and development. Assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel.

Qualifications Required:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF CHARGE NURSE/CNC/NURSE MANAGER EXPERIENCE WITHIN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate range: Min $38.52/hr. Max $53.70/hr. (Based on years of experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Case by case
• Relocation: Case by case
