What It Takes:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on assembly experience (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Assemble mechanical components using hand/power tools and specialized equipment
- Read and follow assembly drawings, blueprints, and samples
- Pull materials and supplies needed for each build
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet quality and production standards while following safety guidelines
