Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Honeywell As a Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end cycle of subcontracting. You will be responsible for completing fair and reasonable price analyses, executing program-aligned subcontracts, and collaborating with key functions within and outside of ISC to buy‑to‑sell mechanical and electronics products. You will report directly to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and work out of our Atlanta, GA location. In this role, you will help ensure the delivery of Buy‑to‑sell products, execute strategic long‑term agreements with suppliers, and drive cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier management. Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain. Strong negotiation skills and processes Ability to independently lead multiple projects simultaneously Experience with supplier management and contract negotiation WE VALUE Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Technical discipline Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems preferred Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry Significant experience managing subcontracts (FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.) and ability to negotiate terms and conditions Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $83,000–$104,000.
