Haskell is looking to hire a Project Manager III – Information Technology. Our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) team helps Haskell execute with confidence, reduce risk, and drive outcomes that support our people, vision, and long-term growth. In this role, you will lead and deliver large-scale, highly complex technology initiatives involving multi-system integrations, significant data migration, broad user impact, or substantial regulatory, operational, or financial risk. Collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Manage all elements of the project lifecycle primarily in a waterfall environment with interfaces into hybrid delivery teams. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale, complex enterprise initiatives, potentially overseeing multiple complex efforts concurrently as appropriate to organizational priorities, while maintaining delivery rigor, governance discipline, and stakeholder alignment across all assigned initiatives. Lead and rigorously manage project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Anticipate delivery risks and dependencies, proactively driving mitigation strategies and informed decision-making. Identify, manage, and influence resolution of cross‑project dependencies and enterprise‑level delivery risks across impacted teams and initiatives. Lead vendor evaluation, selection, contract negotiation, and onboarding activities, ensuring alignment of scope, commercial terms, risk allocation, and delivery expectations in partnership with IT leadership, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders. Apply, rigorously adhere to, and reinforce the Project Management Methodology (PMM), ensuring consistent governance, documentation, and reporting across complex initiatives. Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and sponsors, leading executive‑level steering committees and structured working sessions, producing documented decisions, defined outcomes, and clear risk tradeoffs to enable informed leadership action. Partner with business and change management leaders to assess organizational impact and readiness, and determine training, communication, and adoption activities for large‑scale operational changes. Lead and oversee project closeout activities, including confirmation of delivered outcomes, transition to sustainment, and handoff of benefit tracking or operational ownership as appropriate. Provide mentorship, delivery oversight, and structured coaching to project managers, supporting capability development, quality standards, and alignment to EPMO delivery expectations. Influence and shape EPMO delivery standards, tools, and governance practices actively to strengthen organizational project management maturity. Perform other duties as assigned, including incidental tasks, ad hoc support efforts, and participation in cross‑functional initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the enterprise. Education & Years of Experience Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressive project management experience delivering large, complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 6+ years using Microsoft Project or project portfolio management (PPM) tools, such as Daptiv PPM or Clarity PPM. 4+ years of leading third‑party vendor software implementations and migrations. Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) strongly preferred. To thrive in this role, you'll need Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising independent judgment in managing complex and high-risk initiatives. Uphold project governance standards across highly visible and high-impact initiatives. Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices, including PMI PMBOK and industry best practices such as SDLC. Demonstrated experience delivering projects using plan driven (waterfall) and hybrid delivery approaches, including phase‑based implementations, formal testing cycles, and phase‑gate governance. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, Teams, and Visio. Advanced experience working within a project portfolio environment, including idea intake and evaluation, portfolio‑level strategic prioritization, phase‑gate governance, and managing resource allocation and time tracking. Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight on complex initiatives. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management and facilitation skills, adept at leading productive meetings and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to mentor project managers and influence delivery practices across the organization. Ability to manage significant complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities. Advanced experience with vendor contracts and statements of work (SOWs). Advanced experience in user and data migration, third‑party system integrations, and ensuring alignment between vendor deliverables, internal technical teams, and project timelines. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and support organizational change, including digital transformation initiatives that modernize technologies, processes, and ways of working. Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
