Manager, Strategic Projects

Edison Elm is seeking a Manager, Strategic Projects to work directly with the CEO across a range of evolving business initiatives. This is a trusted, execution-focused role that spans software project coordination, vendor and supplier liaison, and internal process design, with the flexibility to grow into broader responsibilities as the company scales. You’ll play a key role in driving initiatives forward — from launching digital platforms like CableIQ™ and EasyStock™, to assisting in the development of new operational capabilities including manufacturing of EdisonSelect™ Signature Brands and corporate process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, adapts quickly, and turns ideas into execution. Key Responsibilities Software & Technology Projects Liaise with software vendors on platforms like CableIQ™ and the EasyStock™ tool. Oversee feature development, testing, and rollout to ensure alignment with business goals. Strategic Business Projects Support initiatives across logistics, operations, and supplier relations. Assist with factory planning, process design, and development of SOPs and business plans. Act as a key point of contact on behalf of the CEO. Attend meetings, manage cross-functional follow-ups, and provide structured updates to keep projects on track. Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile 3–7 years experience in project coordination, product operations, or strategic execution roles Strong communicator able to bridge between business and technical stakeholders Comfortable with autonomy and evolving scope Organized and process-oriented with a hands‑on mindset Experience working with software vendors, logistics teams, or manufacturing projects is a plus Growth Path This role is designed to grow alongside Edison Elm .
