Senior Financial Analyst

IFG US is partnering with a client seeking a strong Senior Financial Analyst to join the team. We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to help shape financial strategy and provide the insights that drive business decisions. If you enjoy turning data into actionable recommendations, partnering with leaders across the organization, and working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to support planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while helping improve the financial processes that enable the business to scale. What You’ll Be Doing Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Build and maintain financial models that support revenue planning, operating expenses, profitability, and strategic initiatives. Analyze monthly business results, identify performance trends, and provide meaningful insights into variances from plan. Develop reporting that enables leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize spending, and maximize financial results. Continuously refine planning models, reporting, and financial processes to improve scalability and accuracy. Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders across multiple functions. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis. Experience supporting a SaaS, software, or technology company is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills with experience building dynamic financial models. Experience with financial planning or ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative, rapidly evolving environment.
