Medical Oncology / Hematology Physician Opportunity – Nebraska

Why We’re Looking

• Expanding Medical Oncology/Hematology service line

Position Overview

• Specialty: Medical Oncology / Hematology
• Patient Volume: 12-15 patients/day (OP visits)
• Infusion Volume: 18-24 patients/day

2 nd clinic location

• Grand Island Clinic Volume: 12-20 patients/day
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Protected administrative time included
• Inpatient/Outpatient mix with APP support for call coverage
• Call: 1:3 to 1:5 rotation with weekend rounding

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (and Hematology, if applicable)
• Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure

Compensation & Incentives

• $510K +Production
• Quality Bonus: Up to 3% of base salary
• Sign-On / Relocation: $5,000-$20,000 combined (negotiable)
• Student Loan Support: $20,000/year for 3 years (negotiable education loan forgiveness options available)

Time Off

• 7 weeks total annual time off 6 weeks’ vacation 
• 1 week CME allowance: $5,000 annually
