Oncology Development Executive (Outside Sales), Oregon Coast

Labcorp seeks a field-based Oncology Development Executive for the Oregon Coast territory to drive business growth and revenue expansion across oncology practices, cancer centers, and health systems. The role combines strategic account management with consultative selling of oncology diagnostics and precision medicine solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition, competitive displacement, and revenue growth across oncology territories and complex healthcare organizations
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase adoption of oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer, and precision medicine offerings
- Establish relationships with physician leaders, pathologists, cancer center administrators, and health system stakeholders for consultative selling
- Represent and translate clinical and genomic evidence for Labcorp's oncology diagnostics, molecular testing, and liquid biopsy solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional resources including sales, pathology, medical affairs, and operations to support growth initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years oncology sales, oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine commercial experience
- 5+ years business development, territory management, or strategic account management experience
- 5+ years selling to oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems, or academic medical centers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated quota attainment, revenue growth, or new account acquisition track record
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for opportunity and pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
