Responsibilities:

• Perform therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual patient needs and health goals
• Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality, and range of motion prior to treatment
• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Apply techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy
• Document patient progress, session notes, and treatment outcomes accurately
• Educate patients on self-care techniques, stretching, and injury prevention
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment in compliance with health regulations

Requirements:

• Valid California Massage Therapy Certificate (CAMTC) 
• Proven experience in therapeutic, clinical, or medical massage settings preferred
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor
