Customer Account Specialist

Position: Customer Account Coordinator Location: Proximity to Melville, NY Company/Industry: Well-established global distribution company Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Salary: $24.00 - $30.00/hr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire + benefitsWhat You’ll DoManage a steady flow of inbound RFQs (requests for quotes)Prepare and send quotes using internal pricing toolsReview and process purchase orders for accuracyManage the full order lifecycle from quote ? order ? fulfillmentCommunicate with customers (mostly email, some phone)Coordinate with internal teams to confirm pricing, lead times, and product availabilitySupport outside sales with follow?ups and account activityWhat They’re Looking ForStrong written communication (email?heavy role)High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to stay organized while handling multiple requestsFast learner with good judgmentComfortable with data entry and internal systemsProfessional, reliable, and team?orientedCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $30.00Job SummaryJob number: 580122Profession: Customer Service/Call Center
