[Recruiting Plus LLC (Our Clients) is looking for experienced, energetic, and results-driven District Managers and General Managers to lead our fast-food restaurant operations. We’re seeking leaders who know how to build strong teams, deliver exceptional guest service, control costs, and drive profitable sales.

District Manager — Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant management teams.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure consistent compliance with company standards, food safety, and health regulations.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing management teams.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and performance reviews.
• Develop action plans to improve underperforming locations.
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

General Manager — Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of an assigned restaurant.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Achieve sales, labor, food-cost, and profitability goals.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and speed of service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant procedures.
• Build a strong team culture and reduce employee turnover.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or fast-food management experience preferred.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and cost control.
• Must be dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
• District Manager candidates should have multi-unit management experience.
