MYR Group, a leading specialty contractor in the electrical infrastructure market, is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support finance transformation initiatives across our construction operations. In this role, you will design and lead change management strategies for new financial processes, tools, and systems, partnering closely with finance, operations, and project teams. You will develop communication and training plans, drive stakeholder engagement, and monitor adoption to ensure successful, safe, and sustainable change in a culture grounded in integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
