The Job: As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor North America Supply Chain team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: Analyze and interpret data from various sources to determine and maintain optimal inventory levels. Act as a liaison between Corporate Operations, Branch Operations, and Warehouse department for NPD launches and promotions. Analyze supply chain constraints and assist in developing lean strategies to drive sustainability & flexibility. Interface across the Delivery/Development pillars; Sourcing, Operations, Channel Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Program Managers. Aid in managing inventory needs to ensure customers’ demand and commitments are satisfied for promised sales. Conduct analytics to create detailed analysis of supply chain optimization initiatives to meet department goals. In fact, you embrace it. You also have: BS/BE Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related field required. Minimum of 0-2 years’ work experience. Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) Experience in INFOR, Manhattan WMS and PCT Servigistics preferred. Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Strong attention to detail required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization. Effective project management skills and team leadership skills. Strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to overcome challenges.
