IT Lead

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, supporting the needs of our staff, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate technology solutions that promote early literacy, math skills, physical development, and social-emotional learning tailored to infants and toddlers

• Design and maintain a safe, nurturing digital environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management

• Plan engaging IT activities that support childhood development milestones and incorporate digital learning tools and platforms as appropriate

• Provide attentive IT support by monitoring and troubleshooting technology issues, ensuring network uptime, and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations

• Manage IT routines including data storage, backup, and security protocols with patience and consistency

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about each child's progress, behavioral updates, and developmental milestones

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure IT strategies are effective and aligned with early intervention practices for children needing additional support

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred

• Prior IT experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software, as well as IT project management principles and practices

• Experience in implementing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure for educational institutions or businesses

• Familiarity with cloud-based software and storage solutions, as well as data security and compliance regulations

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple IT priorities effectively while maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to foster collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders
