About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for its Enterprise Performance Management Office, a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional PMO leadership. This senior governance and strategy position is integral to the Chief of Staff Office, focusing on the development and implementation of a robust Management System that is deeply embedded in the company's operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief of Staff, serving as a strategic partner and ensuring that the company's execution is in line with its strategic goals. A key aspect of the role is to strengthen the adoption of the Management System, championing clear and consistent standards for work planning, tracking, and decision-making. The VP will also be responsible for developing the capabilities of frontline and middle managers, leading a team of Business Partners, and providing visibility into strategic priorities. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise program management, transformation, or strategy execution, with a strong preference for those with a background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. The role requires a proven track record in leading governance or operating functions, experience in building and leading high-caliber teams, and the ability to operate at a senior leadership level as a trusted advisor. Familiarity with structured problem-solving approaches and strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex information into clear, actionable insights and will be instrumental in the company's mission to bring the best science and commitment to quality to the patients it serves.
