What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow Cargo revenue across target markets.

• Identify,developand secure new business opportunities.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to conversion.

• Establish and grow strategic customer relationships.

• Lead senior-level commercial discussions,presentationsand negotiations.

• Represent ACC Aviation through networking, industryengagementand market development.

• Partner with the SVP of Cargo on pricing,proposalsand competitive positioning.

What You Bring

• Significant experienceinaircargo,freightforwardingorlogisticssales.

• A strong record of business development and account growth.

• An established network across freight forwarders, cargo owners,airlinesor related sectors.

• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

• A proactive, commercially driven approach with the ability toidentifyand convert opportunities.
