ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded into my second location in 2020. Today, I have a team of five, and we continue to grow steadily. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in financial services, which helped shape the way I approach customer care and running a business.

I’m a single mom with two teenage sons, and I hold a BBA in Finance. Community is also a big part of who I am—I stay very connected to the Vietnamese community and love being involved wherever I can make a positive impact.

I offer partial health coverage and licensing reimbursement, and our office environment is truly family-oriented. We care about each other, support one another, and enjoy regular team outings. Our agency is located in a busy shopping center with strong walk-in traffic, and I’m proud of our excellent Google reviews that reflect how hard we work for our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Hien Apple - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Vietnamese or Spanish preferred.
