Credit Analyst
$26 - $28 per hourProstaff Solutions LLC
We are currently seeking a Credit Analyst to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit, accounts receivable (AR), and collections , along with strong communication and organizational skills.
This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handling a combination of customer communication, account management, and administrative responsibilities. Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Position Type: Temporary Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on customer accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Perform collections activities and communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts.
- Review account information and assist with credit-related functions.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts.
- Assist with various administrative and departmental duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve account-related questions or issues.
- Prioritize daily responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, and/or Collections required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of telephone calls.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency with standard office and computer applications.
- Ability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM .
Additional Requirements
Reliable attendance is critical for this position , as the role provides coverage supporting operations across multiple time zones. Candidates must be dependable and able to consistently work their scheduled hours. About ProStaff
